I'm SO glad my peeps learned about this dog food & got it for me! I've heard them say I'm a bit finicky about food and they're also concerned about dog food they buy in the store. So...they tried this - knowing they could use human-grade meats to add to the mix. Yum, yum! I get all kinds of varieties of cooked ground meats added to "my mix." Thank you, Happy Dog Food - my tummy's never been happier! :-) |

My little 12-pound dog gobbles this food up like it's the best thing he's ever tasted! He absolutely loves it, and he's occupied while the humans are eating THEIR supper (meaning he's not hanging around the dinner table giving us pitiful looks).
We cook approx. 2/3 cup of the dry mix ("Original" flavor) with about 1/2 cup or so of chopped up bits of chicken, divide into ice cube trays and freeze. Once frozen, we store the cubes in baggies in the freezer, thawing one in the microwave every day to add to our little guy's regular crunchy food at supper.
Our dog has had no problems digesting the Happy Dog food, even if given a morning and evening "cube". We are happy as can be, and so is he!

Our picky eater, Yuki, loves Happy Dog. Tried mixing at first w/her dry dog food but she just picked at it. Then we gave her the original Happy Dog by itself and she ate the whole thing...she loved it! |

I tried the original for my beagle and she gobbled it up. Very easy to make and cost effective. I'm going to try the grain free next to help her lose weight. Thank you Happy Dog Food! |

Wanted to say thanks to the folks at Happy Dog Food for the samples you sent for the doggies here at Green Doggie Home Boarding in Granada Hills, CA. Just received today so haven't got feedback from clients just yet but I did try out a pack on one of the daycare dogs here. Boiled it up with some chicken and water and the dog ate it up in less than a minute. This dog is usually a picky eater. Anyhow, thanks for offering dog owners a healthier feeding option. |

I have a 9 month old bichon who is very fussy. And it's probably my fault for changing her diet instead of making her eat the dog food. I prepared the Happy Dog Food and gave her some. She ate a small portion which I mixed with brown rice since she was having problems w/diarrhea and but would not finish, I'm sorry to report. She is now on brown rice and boiled ground beef until she feels better. I might have a better review when she's feeling better. |
